Round table with stakeholders on improving the Design program

On February 28, 2025, a round table dedicated to the development of the educational program in the field of Design was held in the IT & Business College of the AIU. Representatives of such companies as the state institution “Infocom”, the animation studio “Saratan” and the confectionery company “Kulikov” took part in the discussion.

The main topic of the meeting was improving the training of specialists, taking into account modern market requirements. Employers highly appreciated the level of technical training of our graduates and noted their competence. At the same time, they called the lack of communication skills a key challenge in adapting new employees.

During the discussion, ways to solve this problem were proposed, including: increasing the number of joint projects between students and industrial partners, developing teamwork in the educational process, and organizing workshops and trainings on soft skills. An AIU College continues to actively cooperate with employers to ensure high-quality education and training of in-demand specialists.
