Jurisprudence

This work program on the course Jurisprudence is developed on the basis of the State educational standard for educational institutions.
The main activities of a lawyer:
Organizational and legal - implementation of the requirements of laws and other normative acts in the course of organizational, production and other types of
activities; control over compliance with legislation, legal advice; rendering services to individuals and legal entities in the protection of their interests in court; interpretation and application of regulations;

Organizational and managerial - the implementation of organizational and management functions in state bodies, local self-government bodies; informing citizens and officials about the provisions of laws and other normative acts, disseminating legal knowledge;

Law enforcement - the functions of law enforcement and the fight against crime in accordance with the goals and objectives facing relevant law enforcement
agencies; implementation of measures to restore violated rights.
 

The graduate should be able to: use the acquired knowledge of humanitarian and socio-economic sciences in professional activities; interpret the norms of various branches of law; apply in practice the theoretical knowledge obtained about the state and law; logically correctly express and substantiate their point of view; freely operate with legal concepts and categories; orient in the system, structure, competence of law enforcement bodies; use normative legal documents in professional activity; draw up documents of a legal nature; analyze and solve legal problems in the sphere of civil law, labor, administrative law, criminal law and other relations; analyze and prepare proposals for improving the legal activities of organizations, institutions, enterprises; to use computer equipment for the formation of a reference and information fund of normative legal acts.

The graduate should know: the contents of the legal norms defining a specific area of ​​his activity, to understand their interrelation and significance for the realization of the right in professional activity; forms of protection of the rights of citizens and legal entities; essence, types and forms of the state; concept and essence of law; justice and its principles; system of law enforcement bodies; the constitutional structure of Kyrgyzstan; psychological features and specificity of business communication; elements of professional ethics in the work of a lawyer; basic rules for the preparation of various types of documents.
