Esen Sagynov’s talk: Amazon, leadership and the future of IT

On April 12, Ala-Too International University hosted a public talk with Esen Sagynov, a programmer at Amazon, the largest American company.

The event began with the opening speech of the rector of the AIU, Sanjar Erdolatov. The rector greeted AIU students and guests, and welcomed Esen Sagynov to the stage.

Esen Sagynov, manager and programmer of Amazon, openly shared his career success story, telling students about his interests in the field of technology and his career path at Amazon.

Esen Sagynov emphasized the importance of hard work in the IT field. He advised students to take courses offline and online, to solve issues on the Internet, and most importantly, constantly improve their skills and knowledge. 

– I work for a company where leadership skills are highly valued. Half of your success depends on this. You should learn to work in a team, to solve problems efficiently and in a timely manner," – said Esen Sagynov.

In 2021, Sagynov founded the "Mancho Devs" company. The startup team is committed to development of  their own IT products in order to optimize processes in various areas of people's lives.

– We want to create such a product that will be accepted by our citizens. It is important to pay attention to the problems of our clients, and then use our product to offer a specific solution.

Speaking about his company, Esen Sagynov noted that IT and programming students can take internship opportunities at "Mancho Devs".
